National Bank of Canada

Objective
Drive online financing applications for BusinessFlex Center.

Solution
Turnkey production of a Promotional Presentation describing the services offered and incorporating a commented, user-friendly online financing application form. To foster the use of this innovative financial sector tool, National Bank issued a press release and conducted a Web and print advertising campaign. The link to the interactive Web presentation (www.bnc.ca/capsulebusinessflex) is also regularly incorporated into all the department’s outgoing emails. Referencing efforts have also been undertaken.

Benefits
Clients prefer the bank's Web Presentation to its html financing application... so much, that the bank withdrew its html application form from its website.

BMO Nesbitt Burns

Objective
Reach and offer portfolio management services to wealthy individuals.

Solution
Turnkey production of a POD Media Promotional Presentation describing the advantages of dealing with this team of portfolio managers. The Web presentation is narrated by the senior manager, thereby personalizing the message. It also includes a personal presentation by all the team members. Using POD Media’s emailing module, this Web presentation is sent to satisfied clients who are asked to pass it on to their acquaintances. The latter are able to contact or send an email in order to arrange a meeting with the BMO Nesbitt Burns team.

Benefits
Managers receive calls and emails from potential clients. They can also stay in touch by email with all addressees of the viral marketing exercise since the addresses of both senders (established clients) and addressees (acquaintances of clients) are registered by the POD Media system.

Drive business development following a major acquisition.

Solution
Turnkey production of a POD Media Promotional Presentation describing the advantages of this printer and allowing addressees to file their technical specifications online. Development and implementation of tools to conduct email and viral marketing campaigns. This process was combined with a telemarketing initiative whereby the agents at Global VSM (a POD Media partner) used the Web presentation to inform and raise the interest of potential clients.

Objective
Develop market outside Quebec.

Solution
Holding of a contest in which travel agents and consumers could participate. Turnkey production of a POD Media promotional presentation describing the company and the contest and sent to agents outside Quebec. Agents had another chance to win every time they forwarded the interactive Web presentation to a consumer.

Benefits
Close to 1,000 people viewed the Web presentation, including 250 agents who passed it on to 750 consumers – all these email addresses were registered by the POD Media system.

International Dental Institute

Objective
Reach and inform dentists about the training programs available.

Solution
Turnkey production of a POD Media Web promotional presentation describing the various programs and enabling dentists to register online. Placement of relevant links on website (www.idi.org), including several client testimonials. Development and implementation of tools to conduct email campaigns.

Benefits
IDI has been able to inform and convince more dentists. Its electronic tools have also led to a reduction in print advertising.
